Dan was delighted to be asked to perform at an Organ Re-dedication Concert at St. Mary’s Parish Church in Buttevant in North Cork on Friday 22nd November 2013.
There is a beautiful Pipe Organ in this historic church which has been recently restored by Padraig O’ Donovan, a Cork based Organ Builder.
Dan performed on the night a varied repertoire from religious to secular music at the Re-dedication Concert and the newly restored Pipe Organ really complimented the repertoire he chose.
Dan performed ‘Ave Maria’ (Schubert), ‘Panis Angelicus’, ‘A Winters Tale’, ‘Pie Jesu’ and ‘Because We Believe’. He was accompanied on the organ by the wonderful Padraig O’ Donovan.
