Dan performed at a concert of ‘Opera and Light Classics’ at the atmospheric Cobh Heritage Centre, home of ‘The Queenstown Story’. The concert was a fundraiser for the ‘Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind’.
There was a fine audience there on the night and the whole event was a great success with €950 being raised for the ‘Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind’.
A wide range of arias from well known Operas were performed and also some lighter classics from the Musical Theatre world were performed.
Performing with Dan on the night were Katie Crowley, Clair Butler, Robert Kennedy and Claire Adams. The accompanist on piano on the night was Colm O’ Regan.
