Dan was delighted perform in his native Minane Bridge on Sunday 25th May 2014 at 8pm at the recently opened ‘Little Theatre’ at Tracton Arts and Community Centre.
The concert was entitled ‘Songs of Summer’. It featured a great mixture of Popular Light Vocal Classics.
Other artists on the night were the very talented and entertaining Mezzo-Soprano, Louise O’ Sullivan and the ladies from ‘Chorus of Opera Cork’ who performed some well known classics.
The Musical Director for the night was the very talented Kinsale-based Frank Buckley.
It was a superb night enjoyed by all in attendance which gave a flavour of music from Ireland and Vienna in the first half of the concert and lighter music from the movies and musicals in the second half. There were some very dramatic moments throughout the night with use of costuming by all involved!
